Scenario Management (SMcare) was formed in 1997, primarily to support a family member who was at the time, leaving children's services with no identified placement. 

Fast forward and SMcare has gone from strength to strength and now has eight establised supported living schemes, in and around the Fylde Coast.

Our residential service was founded in 2019 due to an identified need.  24 hr support is given to individuals who struggle to access mainstream services and who are at risk of becoming homeless or involved in the criminal justice system.
