What we believe
We believe that all individuals, regardless of their
disabilities, are entitled to make their own decisions
We believe that with the correct amount of support,
individuals with complex needs, severe autism and
challenging behaviour can engage within their
community and take part in activities of their choice.
We believe in promoting autonomy through person
centred planning. This enables individuals to have a
person specific support package.
What we do
We strongly promote person centred planning. We do
this through consultation with service users, family
members, friends and health professionals.
We encourage service users to participate in making
their own decisions and contributing to their own care
planning. We provide 24 hour care, with a 2:1 staff ratio
where needed, for individuals with complex needs,
severe autism and challenging behaviour.
We assist service users with all aspects of personal,
medical and daily care.
We encourage service users to become active members
of their own community and support them to participate
in activities that they choose to do.
